Foreign student looking for part time job

Hey, here's a note which is me trying to figure out my career. After one year, I'll graduate my university as undergraduate student. And I have no idea where I will be in next few years. Right now, I am focusing on my current situation and going to maximize my career on IT.
First of all, Job hunting in japan is quite difficult and have many steps to clear. These are:
 1. Know yourself
2. Know the company
 3. Others
1. Well in undergraduate student you don't have good major background. But in order to enter to company you need to know your few things. Which are your future plan, your good and bad points, your interested field and facts in past which will clarify your words and character.
2. The interviewer will check if your suitable for this company. And in order to pass it, you have to analysis your favorite company. Analysing multiple company in field will make your analysis more accurate and effective. Just for a tip, I use McKinsey 7S Framework for analysis. And read couple of nikkei electric newspaper searching "Company name 歴史(history)" for the company. If you like to read some comments for you interested company try みんなの就職活動日記. It's free but have to do some survey.
3. There are other few things you have to be careful. Clean cloth, scheduling, keeping deadline of entry sheet and web test are needed. To make a good interview, you have to reduce your noise, which is not ironed cloth or some shiny accessories etc. Also, job hunting in japan have several events and some company have 4 - 5 interviews to get the job. Most Japanese student give to 5 to 20 companies and have tight schedule of interviews. This is also one test which companies are checking you.
Fortunately, there are other kind people who are supporting foreign students job hunting. I had got support from Mayumi Nishimura from MIGACO.co.jp. In hard times, think again and help for seek!
